In the case that you receive your purchase but wish to change it for
any reason (change of : size , color, pattern, etc), after contacting
us at firstname.lastname@example.org ,the product must be returned in perfect
condition (without any stains, damages, with all its labels, etc) and
with its receipt, within 10 days of delivery and with a shipping
company of our choice . Please note that shipping costs are not
covered by our company in this event .
It is important to mention that our company is not responsible for the loss of products or packages during its return, therefore we suggest that you keep the receipt of the shipping.
If the replacement product is out of stock we will contact you so that we settle whether you wish a refund or a change of your order.
We take full responsibility if you do not receive the product that you have ordered, or if the product is flawed . The shipping costs are covered by our company but first you have to send us an e-mail at email@example.com letting us know wether you wish a refund or to change of your order. The product must be returned to us to in the exact condition it was sent to you, with all its labels, without any stains or damage and with the invoice/receipt .
